Job Description

The ICP Group has companies that operate in many businesses, one of which is agricultural chemicals. Flying Horse ICP Fertilizer Co., Ltd (“the Company”) is now expanding its agricultural chemical business in Poipet, Cambodia. It is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

This position reports directly to the Directors.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Prepare bookkeeping on a daily or on weekly basic.
  • Prepare accounting records
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll calculations and disbursements
  • Prepare fixed asset and inventory calculations
  • Have some exposure on Construction Contracting  accounting
  • Understand Work In Progress accounting
  • Understand and able to do IFRS standard accounting
  • Understand fully the taxation law and system of Cambodia and have exposure working with the tax authorities
  • Able to handle Financial year Audit with Auditor
  • Cash flow and budgeting
  • Other duties as a support staff as maybe assigned from time to time by Director.
Job Requirements
  • Cambodian citizen
  • Female/Male
  • University or college or institute degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • At least 5 years’ experience of accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
  • Strong  knowledge of accounting techniques and procedures
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills
